ingredients for Coriander-Coconut Green Chutney
- 1 cup Coriander/ Dhanya/ Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Fresh or Frozen Coconut, Grated
- 2 tsp Chana dal, Roasted
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 3 Green Chilli
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Sugar
- to taste salt
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder mentioned under ingredient list with some water till smooth.
- Taste the chutney and add more salt or sugar if required. Stir well.
- Put it in a bowl.
