Ingredients for Potato Bread Starter-Appetizer Recipe

Bread Slices Brown / White 4-6
Boiled and Grated Potato 1 Large
Boiled Corn 2 tbsp
Grated Carrot 1 tbsp
Finely diced Onions 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Spicy Green Chutney ¾ tbsp
Tomato Sauce ¾ tbsp
Kashmiri red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder ¼ tsp
Salt as per your taste
Sev - Optional for garnishing

Prepping for the Potato Bread Starter-Appetizer Recipe 

1)Grate the boiled potatoes, carrot, and boil the corn and finely dice the onions.

Method for the Potato Bread Starter-Appetizer Recipe

1)In a bowl add the grated boiled potatoes followed by the boiled corn, then the grated carrots and finely chopped onions, the mayonnaise and 1/8 tsp salt and pepper and  mix it all in.

2)Once mixed divide this mixture into two equal halves as i am going to show you two flavours.

3)Once you have divided the mixture then in the first mixture add the Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder followed by tomato sauce and mix it well.

4)Now in the 2nd mixture add the spicy green chutney and mix it in.

5)Now take a slice of bread and using a katori press it down on the bread giving a round shape.

6)Once you have all the breads shaped apply butter on the top

7)And then on one slice add the Red Potato mixture and on the other slice add the Green potato mixture and cover it up with the other two buttered bread slices.

8)And apply a little butter on top as well.

9)Now on a heated pan land the buttered side bread on the bottom of the plan and apply a little more butter on top and roast till both sides are golden brown in color.

10)And then remove in a plate.

11)Then cut the bread into half and apply some tomato sauce on it and then sprinkle some sev.
