Salt as per your taste
Oil or Butter 1 tsp
Sev for garnishing

Prepping for the Cheesy Biscuit Starter Recipe

1)Finely dice the vegetables, and grate the cheese

Method for making the Cheesy Biscuit Starter Recipe

1)In a hot pan add the butter and wait for it to melt, once melted add the finely diced onions and cook them for about a minute (you don’t need to fully cook the onions).

2)After a min add all three colors of capscicum followed by the boiled corn and mix them in             then add very little salt.

I am just adding ⅛ tsp of salt as the grated cheese, the sliced cheese and the tomato sauce will have salt.

3)then add the Black Pepper powder and mix it all in and cook for 30 seconds

4)then add the all purpose flour which is maida and mix it in as well and cook for a minute

5)After a minute add the milk and turn the flame on low and mix it well.

6)Once mixed add the grated cheese followed by the dhania/ cilantro and mix well.

7)Then roughly cut the cheese slice and add that in as well followed by the tomato sauce, and kashmiri red chilli powder, and mix till everything becomes one with each other.

8)Then remove in a bowl and wait for it to come down to room temperature.

9)Once this cheesy mixture is at room temperature take a small amount in your hands and make a round ball out of it.

10)Out of this cheesy mixture you can easily make 6-8 balls.

11)Now take 1 monaco biscuit or any salted biscuit and place this ball on top and gently press it down a bit and take the 2nd biscuit and cover it up.

12)if the mixture is coming out you can either shape or reduce the ball size.

13)And then apply the tomato sauce on the sides

14)And then roll them in the bowl of sev.

15)And now for decoration garnish it with few cheese strands and cilantro and red capsicum.
